Kamalani
Sales of Kamalani Affordable Homes Begin this Weekend
Sales applications will become availabel this Sunday April 17, 2016 for Kamalani Living, North Kihei’s newest work force housing project. Groundbreaking was held last month and the first homes are anticipated to be move in ready in early 2017.
For those who qualify for residential workforce housing pricing for 2 bed, 1.5 bath homes will start in the high $200,000s and mid $300,000s for a 3 bed, 2 bath home. Preference is given to Maui Residents.
Each home in the 600 unit planned community will have a private fenced yard, standard appliances, internet access and parking spaces. The larger units will have a garage. The community will include parks, bike paths and a fitness center.
